For a larger company in the Thun region, we are looking for a committed personality as HR Consultant 80-100% immediately or by arrangement. The workplace is easily accessible both by car and by public transport.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• You competently advise managers and employees on all HR and labor law issues and contribute to the successful implementation of modern HR strategies
• You take responsibility in various HR projects, optimize existing processes, and contribute your own innovative ideas
• You conduct coachings and internal training independently, thereby supporting the professional and personal development of employees and managers
• In the case of personnel issues and challenges, you analyze the situation, develop suitable and practical solutions, and accompany their implementation together with the responsible specialist departments
• Through close cooperation with the HR service team, you can concentrate on demanding advisory, development, and strategic tasks

You offer your new employer:

• You possess the Federal Diploma of Higher Education in the HR field; additional further training at CAS, MAS, or EMBA level is an advantage
• You bring several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner and have sound knowledge of labor law as well as in advising managers
• Knowledge and experience in the areas of personnel development, HR controlling, and project management, as well as interest in current and modern HR topics, round off your professional competencies
• You think entrepreneurially, act proactively, and approach changes openly
