• Internship guidance of FH students according to the training mandate and job description
• Mediation of professional competencies
• Co-responsibility for quality assurance in nursing within the shared governance team
• Holistic nursing and care of patients with acute, chronic, and psychiatric illnesses of varying complexity
• Ensuring coordinated, patient-centered care, especially with the medical team and the supervisory and care team

What you bring with you ##

• Certified nursing professional HF or FH with professional experience in the acute care sector
• Qualification as a vocational trainer or willingness to acquire it
• High professional, personal, and social competencies as well as resilience and organizational strength
• Commitment to team-oriented, interdisciplinary cooperation as well as joy of innovation and openness to new things
• Foreign language skills
