Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the technical management of service and modernization projects at hydroelectric power plants in Switzerland
• Developing innovative technical solutions and preparing customer offers
• Active participation in shaping sustainable maintenance and modernization concepts for existing power plant facilities
• Coordination and promotion of cooperation with internal specialist departments, customers, suppliers, and partners
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships as the central technical contact person
• Ensuring project execution in terms of schedule, cost, and quality

Your profile

• Completed education as a Mechanical Engineer FH or HF or comparable technical training
• Several years of professional experience in the energy, power plant, mechanical, or plant engineering environment
• Sound technical knowledge as well as project management experience
• Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, and high personal responsibility
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good German and English skills (at least level B2), French and/or Italian an advantage
