• Transformation of the existing business model towards a consulting boutique in the army environment
• Recording and clarification of customer needs and requirements as well as assembly of efficient and requirement-oriented teams
• Examination and consolidation of requirements and deliverables regarding completeness, economic efficiency, feasibility and quality

What you bring with you

• Several years of leadership experience, preferably in management consulting
• Completed commercial or IT-specific training (KV, HF, FH or Uni)
• Further training in the areas of sales, project management and/or informatics is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss ICT landscape
• Strong MS Office skills
• Independent, structured and proactive way of working with a high level of commitment
• Strong communication and assertive, winning personality with a good sense for people and stylish appearance
• Very good German skills as well as French and/or English skills (Level B2) are an advantage
• Military career as an officer is an advantage
