Real Estate Manager / Property Manager at 50--80 % ### Your missions * Study of tenant files and work to be carried out * Requesting and comparing offers * Preparation of leases, amendments, conventions, intervention vouchers * Processing of terminations, of claims * Release of rent guarantees * Organization and monitoring of site management (contracts, rental status, relocation of vacant areas and routine refurbishment work) * Assistance with move-in/move-out inspections * Visiting premises and commercial spaces for relocation purposes * Representation of the company during conciliation hearings * Preparation of invoices, monitoring of rent collections and reminders and organization of recovery plans * Processing of heating service charge statements and ancillary costs * Technical monitoring ### Your profile * CFC as a commercial employee or manual trade, with confirmed experience of at least 1-3 years as a management assistant * Excellent knowledge of tenancy law (Immobase an asset) and technical knowledge * Confirmed written French and knowledge of usual IT tools * Driver's license mandatory * Ease of adaptation, ability to negotiate, trainer * Autonomous, rigorous, versatile and committed * Residence in Switzerland and valid work permit required ### We offer * Close collaboration with a team of professionals * Possibilities for evolution, both in terms of activity rate and responsibilities * A pleasant and familial working environment * Attractive employment conditions and social benefits Start date: immediately or to be agreed If you are ready to take on challenges, apply to us.
