The Klinik Arlesheim is an acute care hospital with 90 inpatient beds in the areas of oncology, internal medicine and psychiatry/psychosomatics as well as an oncological day clinic with 24 beds. The outpatient basic care offer includes dermatology, gynecology, gastroenterology, general medicine, cardiology, neurology and pneumology. The emergency department is open 24 hours a day. Medical diagnostics and therapy are based on the modern possibilities of scientific medicine. Your tasks As Head of Department, you are responsible for the technical, organizational, personnel and economic management of your department in close cooperation with your medical tandem partner. You actively participate in the development of the new department, ensure high-quality care and promote your team. In this key role, you shape structures, processes and culture. You can expect a varied activity where the motivation and development of your employees are at the center, alongside patient care. In the interprofessional team, you have a large scope for design. Participation in hospital-wide projects and interdisciplinary cooperation are also part of your tasks, as is the development of department-specific concepts.
