On behalf of our client, a renowned company, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist at 100%. Within a dynamic and collaborative team, you will play an essential role in payroll management and personnel administration. You will ensure reliable, accurate, and compliant processing of files, while contributing to the quality and efficiency of HR processes.
The start date is to be agreed upon.
Your tasks at your new employer
You take charge of the entire payroll administration process, from payroll preparation to the processing of variable elements
You support employees and managers in monitoring absences, social insurances, and various administrative steps related to their professional careers
You ensure the management of files related to social insurances, occupational pension schemes, allowances, withholding tax, as well as other benefits, in collaboration with the relevant partners
You ensure the monitoring of working time, leaves, vacations, and the various rights of employees
You advise and support employees on questions relating to remuneration, retirement, and pension schemes
You actively participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes, take part in cross-functional projects, and provide administrative support to the team
You offer your new employer
You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training
You have proven experience in payroll management and social insurances, ideally in the industrial sector
You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written, and possess good knowledge of English
You are comfortable with payroll software as well as IT tools dedicated to personnel administration
You are a rigorous, discreet, and organized person, endowed with an excellent sense of detail and enjoying teamwork
