Your profile A graduate in civil engineering, you bring at least 10 years of experience in project management in the field of road and/or rail infrastructure. Your knowledge of Swiss standards (VSS, SIA) allows you to support our clients from the preliminary design phase to commissioning. You benefit from experience in team management and are able to ensure the internal management and organization of the team assigned to the mandate, while contributing to the training of juniors. Meticulous and structured, comfortable with IT tools (including 3D tools and AI), you propose relevant, efficient, innovative and environmentally friendly solutions. Capable of working autonomously, you also appreciate teamwork and wish to collaborate on large-scale projects. You are ready to commit to contributing to the development of the office and the team. The mission As a Project Manager, you will support our clients through all stages of the mandates. You will thus be responsible for the planning, production and organization of your teams for road and rail projects.
