You ensure that daily business functions reliably, all tasks are completed on time according to the monthly checklist, and the financial accounting maintains an overview at all times, even with manual processes. At the same time, you participate in the further development of our financial processes. Under the lead of the SAP project management and other internal partners, we are continuously developing the processes in SAP S/4HANA (FI-CA and FI-CAX). Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d) What awaits you with us * Independent and professionally secure processing of ongoing financial accounting * Ensuring timely and qualitatively flawless daily business * Execution and monitoring of all recurring work according to the monthly checklist * Processing and reconciliation of general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank, cash, and other accounting processes * Clarification of differences, open items, and accounting matters * Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing work * Ensuring complete, correct, and traceable documentation of bookings and processes * Professional responsibility for three employees in financial accounting: issuing clear work orders as well as coordination and monitoring of timely completion * Support of team members with technical questions and demanding business cases * Active participation in the further development and optimization of financial processes * Support and collaboration on topics of cost accounting, cost center accounting, and controlling What makes you successful * Further training in finance and accounting, for example as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma, Bachelor in Business Administration with a focus on accounting, or a comparable qualification * Several years of sound professional experience in financial accounting as well as in the professional coordination or guidance of employees * Very secure practical knowledge in operational accounting and in manual accounting processes * Experience in the independent processing of monthly and closing work * Very good user knowledge in ERP systems; experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI-CA, FI-CAX) is an advantage * Understanding of cost accounting, cost center accounting, and controlling * Interest in process optimization, digitalization, and the further development of ERP-supported processes * Strong communication, helpful, and service-oriented personality * Secure and professional appearance towards different internal stakeholders * Very good German or French skills with good knowledge of the other language respectively Your contact Frau Carmen Brantschen HR Business Partner Telefon E-Mail [ ](< >) Shape your future with us.
