Your area of responsibility

• You are responsible for the property and operational safety as well as the operation of the building technology systems, also during on-call service
• Together with the Facility Management team, you look after all technical systems and carry out smaller repairs independently
• You take effective measures to prevent operational accidents and malfunctions
• Summoning external craftsmen and acting as the contact person on site
• Assisting with site cleaning, winter service, and waste management
• Provision of meeting rooms and the atrium for events

Your profile

• Completed basic vocational training in a manual trade, preferably in the electrical industry, with completed further training as a caretaker/facility manager
• Specialist knowledge and experience in the field of Facility Management
• You are a reliable personality with a strong service orientation, even under high pressure
• You enjoy working in a team and dealing with customers and external service providers
• PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as a Category B driver's license round off your profile
