Your tasks at your new employer

• You develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with organizational objectives, including talent development
• You manage personnel administrative files, ensuring legal compliance and information accuracy
• You supervise the entire recruitment process, from posting advertisements to the integration of new employees
• You organize and coordinate training aimed at developing team skills and meeting company needs
• You ensure the monitoring of HR and financial reporting and advise management on legal and regulatory risks
• You promote a healthy and stimulating work environment, contributing to employee satisfaction and well-being

What you offer your new employer

• You have higher education in business management, economics, or human resources
• You have at least five years of experience in human resources, in a strategic position
• You are proficient in Swiss labor law, social insurance, and local HR practices
• You are comfortable with office tools, HR software, and possess good analytical skills
• You demonstrate rigor, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal ease in a dynamic environment
