The Tiefbauamt is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance, and operation of cantonal roads, as well as water construction and slow traffic in Graubünden. We also take care of the operational maintenance of national roads on the canton's territory. The canton's road infrastructure includes over 1'450 structures, including bridges at airy heights of up to 90 meters and tunnels up to 3 kilometers long.
