Your role
You are one of the driving forces behind our morning show. You develop topics and actions, organize guests and experts, collect soundbites, and work together with our presentation team to ensure that an idea becomes a strong radio moment.

You plan ahead, but react just as quickly when something changes. If a topic arises at short notice, you find an angle, a guest, or the right idea on how to bring it to the station.

At the same time, you are a sparring partner for our presentation team. You bring structure to many ideas, provide clear feedback, make decisions, and can also assert yourself when necessary.

Radio does not always stick to office hours. Therefore, you should have no problem if, for a special broadcast, action, or an important topic, work is occasionally required early, in the evening, or on the weekend.

• Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even under pressure
• Interest in people, stories, and the events in our region
• Initiative and the willingness to get things moving yourself
• Joy with the microphone and a voice that fits RADIO TOP
• Experience in radio, audio, or a comparable fast-paced media environment is very welcome

Above all, it is important to us that you bring a good feel for content, timing, dramaturgy, and entertainment and understand how a topic becomes good radio.

Your perspective
At the center of the position is the production of the morning show. At the same time, you will also be heard on air at RADIO TOP from time to time - for example, as a sidekick, in individual columns and formats, or during presentation substitutions.

How much your on-air share develops depends on you, your talent, and the interplay in the program.

Further development with more responsibility in program design and perspectively towards deputy program management is also possible.
