What you bring with you ##

• A completed training as a milk or food technologist EFZ forms your technical basis. Ideally, you have supplemented your knowledge with appropriate further training at HF or FS1/2 level.
• Experience from a comparable production environment helps you to find your way around quickly. Initial leadership experience is an advantage.
• Accompanying, motivating and developing people together brings you joy.
• You enjoy taking responsibility and at the same time appreciate the freedom to help shape your area independently.
• With your solution-oriented and proactive nature, you recognize potential for improvement and actively contribute your own ideas.
• Even in a dynamic everyday production routine, you maintain an overview and convince with an open, communicative manner.
• SAP knowledge supports you in everyday work; additionally, you can communicate confidently in German.
