Job Description ##

• Holistic care and nursing of the guests
• Reference person work
• Collaboration in the nursing process
• Participation in the nursing needs assessment with RAI/BESA
• Electronic nursing documentation with CareCoach
• Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits
• Assumption of daily responsibility

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ.
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to complete corresponding courses
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Empathy and joy in dealing with people.
• Strong social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
