Communication and sharing of information: Ensure a multidisciplinary approach by recording relevant information in client files and facilitating collaboration between the different actors involved. Evaluation of the quality of meal services: Supervise meal services for CMS clients, ensure the quality of meals delivered to the home and perform rigorous monitoring. Expense management: Evaluate costs related to specific diets for the CCAVS, taking into account supplementary benefits for the clients concerned. YOUR PROFILE Holding a HES diploma from a Swiss school of dietetics or equivalent, completed by at least two years of experience in this function. Aside from an obvious interest in advanced age and maintaining home life, you have the capacity for initiative while working in multidisciplinarity. Flexibility and rigor are some of your assets.
