Share What can you expect? ## During your three-year training, you will gain insight into different departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • Receiving and forwarding bank customers • Advising bank customers • Supporting bank customers through digital channels • Assisting in customer consulting • Preparing and processing bank transactions administratively You will also get to know the following areas: • Marketing • Events • Human Resources • Compliance During your entire training, you will be individually supported and accompanied by dedicated practice trainers in each department. You can complete the training with us either with an EFZ extended basic education or with a vocational maturity.
