Specialist Paybill M/F

To strengthen its finance department.

By joining a committed and structured team, you will play a key role in the payroll management of temporary employees and ensure liaison with the various institutions.

Job Description
--------------------

• Manage the entire process of payroll processing and invoicing of temporary employees
• Prepare social insurance statements and personnel statistics
• Determine withholding tax scales according to the applicable legislation in most Swiss cantons
• Ensure the transmission of essential data and information to the relevant funds and administrations
• Perform reconciliations of social deductions in collaboration with accounting
• Be the interlocutor for official bodies (debt collection offices, social funds, withholding tax, family allowances)
• Update information in the system and guarantee the accuracy of data
• Provide support and answers to agencies on all questions relating to salaries and social insurance

Profile sought
-----------------

• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training
• Certification or confirmed experience in payroll/HR management, ideally in the temporary work sector
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position, with perfect mastery of payroll processing and social insurance
• Good knowledge of the Swiss legal framework regarding remuneration, especially for foreign workers
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills
• Ability to work with rigor and precision, even in a high-activity environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
• Mastery of Excel, knowledge of the Easytemp software being an asset
• Fluent French, practice of German and/or Italian being an advantage
