Job Description

For our team in Büron, we are looking for a committed caretaker immediately or by arrangement. You ensure a well-maintained exterior appearance, functioning building technology and support seasonal work such as garden maintenance or winter service.

Your Tasks

• Cleaning of stairwells, driveways, parking garages and the surroundings
• You monitor the building technology and carry out smaller tasks independently
• You maintain the green spaces and service the machines used
• Waste management as well as winter service are also among your tasks

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Fachmann:frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ (Hausdienst) or several years of experience in caretaker services
• Independent, reliable and careful way of working
• Driver's license Cat. B (Cat. BE an advantage) as well as good to very good German skills in speaking and writing
• You are physically resilient, a team player and have a courteous manner towards customers
