Our client is a joinery from the region that specializes in the production of high-quality and advanced custom-made interior design products. To strengthen the team, they are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly personality.

Your tasks

• Carrying out service, repair, and warranty work for business or private customers
• Coordinating appointments and smooth assembly processes
• Discussing, planning, and organizing the assembly directly on site
• Organizing warranty orders as well as implementing special solutions
• Digital recording and documentation of all service assignments via tablet or smartphone
• Deputy of the team leader upon request

Your profile

• Basic training in the wood industry is an advantage (joiner, carpenter, etc.) or practical experience in installation, service, maintenance, or assembly of technical systems
• Car driver's license
• Customer-, service-oriented and enthusiastic personality
• Careful, conscientious, and independent way of working as well as enjoyment of a versatile field of activity
• German: proficient in style
