Quality and Process Manager (a) Your tasks You continuously develop the clinic-wide quality management system (EFQM) as well as the risk management including CIRS and sustainably strengthen patient safety You analyze quality, safety, and process key figures, identify potential for improvement, and initiate effective optimization measures You design and optimize clinical and support processes end-to-end and promote Lean Management as well as a culture of continuous improvement You lead and accompany interdisciplinary quality, process, and change projects from conception to successful implementation You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and coordinate audits, certifications, and accreditations You further develop reporting for quality, patient safety, and process efficiency and create transparency for well-founded management decisions You advise and empower managers as well as employees on quality issues and promote a lived quality and safety culture throughout the entire clinic Your profile You have a university degree (FH/Uni) in healthcare, quality management, business administration, public health, or a comparable field You bring several years of professional experience in quality, process, or organizational management and ideally have sound experience in the hospital or healthcare sector You have completed further training in quality management (e.g., CAS/MAS, EFQM, ISO) and are familiar with current standards and best practices You ideally have additional knowledge in the areas of process management, Lean Management, or organizational development You think analytically, recognize optimization potential quickly, and implement changes in a structured and sustainable manner You convince through your strong project management and moderation skills as well as your ability to win different stakeholders for common goals You communicate in a target-group-oriented manner, appear confident, and promote a sustainable quality and improvement culture with your solution-oriented way of working Individual working models in nursing Our goal is to accompany patients with neurological diseases on their way to the greatest possible independence and to open up new perspectives for them through comprehensive rehabilitation.
