In this versatile role, you will undertake the following activities:

• Maintenance work in the HLKSE area
• Repairs to HLKSE systems and facilities
• You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding the maintenance and care of the building technical systems
• Coordination of various service deliveries
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Analysis and rectification of malfunctions, ensuring system availability
• Support with general tasks in building maintenance
• On-call service assignments

You are a service provider by conviction. Positive feedback motivates you and spurs you on to further top performances. You bring the following requirements:

• Technical basic training in the HLKSE area
• Professional experience with HLKSE systems and in maintenance
• Good IT user skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
• Enjoyment in exchanging with various customers/suppliers
• Independent way of working and organization
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Participation in on-call service
• In possession of a valid driving license Cat. B
