Your tasks

• Maintenance activities and signage on the national highways
• Cleaning of roadway, structures, tunnel systems, drainage systems
• Winter service on the entire route network and, if interested, in the control center
• Professional handling of special vehicles and equipment
• On-call service according to specified deployment plans and irregular working hours
• Support of other teams

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the main construction industry, road construction, HVAC, or related professions (e.g., technology, metalworking, structural engineering, woodworking, automation technician, mechanic, etc.)
• Technical understanding and precise way of working
• Independence and sense of responsibility
• IT skills are an advantage
• Driver's license Cat. B mandatory and Cat. C (CE) an advantage, or willingness to obtain these
• Place of residence maximum 25 minutes away from the Autobahnwerkhof Spiez

Nationalstrassen Betrieb

The Nationalstrassen Betrieb belongs to the cantonal Tiefbauamt (TBA). It is mainly concerned with the operation and maintenance of the motorways and highways throughout the entire cantonal territory.
