Your challenge:

• Professional butchering of large cattle and calves
• Precise deboning and cutting of various meat pieces
• Processing and preparation of meat parts for further processing
• Carrying out general dressing and cutting work
• Ensuring clean and high-quality meat processing
• Compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines in the production area

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a meat specialist or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of experience in meat processing
• Practical skill, accuracy, and clean working characterize you
• You possess teamwork skills and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
• You are fit and accustomed to performing physical work
• Starting work at 5 o'clock is feasible for you
• You master the German language or are willing to learn the German language.
