Introduction

For our client from food production, we are looking for a committed specialist in the field of milk technology for a permanent position in 2-shift operation with a workload of 100 %. The assignment takes place in a production environment in which the operation and monitoring of modern production plants is the focus. We are looking for a person who reliably accompanies production processes, consistently adheres to quality, hygiene, and safety specifications, and, if necessary, independently recognizes and rectifies simple malfunctions. Additionally, the careful documentation of production data in the ERP system is part of the daily range of tasks. The position is suitable for persons with experience in the food industry, the milk industry, or in a dairy, who work in a structured manner and like to participate in the production team.

Tasks

• You operate and monitor our production plants in the field of milk processing.
• You ensure a smooth production process while complying with all quality, hygiene, and safety specifications.
• You recognize simple malfunctions early and rectify them independently within the scope of your responsibility.
• You support optimizations of the production processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• You carry out cleaning and control work carefully in accordance with operational specifications.
• You document production data completely and correctly in the ERP system.
• You work actively in the production team and support the induction of new employees.

Profile

• You have completed training in the food industry, milk technology, or a comparable specialty.
• You bring experience in the food industry, milk industry, or dairy.
• Ideally, you have already worked with ERP systems.
• You have good German skills in spoken and written language, at least at level B2 to C1.
• You are ready to work in shift operation.
• You work as a team player, reliably, and independently.
• You handle production processes, documentation, and quality requirements carefully.
