Together with your team (total 12 employees), you will ensure a professionally competent implementation of the legal framework and decisions of the municipal council or the Bettingen sovereign. As a modern service provider, you will provide all internal/external services in a cost-efficient and performance-oriented manner. In this exciting hub function, you will also be the staff unit for the municipal council/municipal assembly, accompany elections and votes, and participate in communal and cantonal working groups/projects. To manage the variety of tasks, you will need organizational and leadership strength, high social competence, winning communication skills, and a high degree of flexibility. Essential for your success is your enjoyment of a generalist activity and a flair or high interest in political events Formally, we expect solid commercial knowledge, higher education (HF, FH and/or a diploma as a municipal administrator), sound IT knowledge and solid German language skills in word and writing.
