Senior Electrical Project Manager - Lausanne

On behalf of an engineering office active in the fields of energy, building, and technical installations, we are looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to strengthen the team based in the Lausanne region.

Above all, we are looking for an experienced, autonomous person capable of managing their projects from A to Z, with real mastery of electrical installations and project management.

The company intervenes in various construction, renovation, and energy optimization projects, in a multidisciplinary environment bringing together different specialists in building and energy.

Your mission

As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you are responsible for your projects and intervene autonomously from design to completion:

Design and plan high voltage and low voltage electrical installations.
Define concepts and technical solutions adapted to the needs of each project.
Carry out studies, dimensioning, cost estimations, and planning.
Prepare tender documents and specifications.
Lead and coordinate the various stakeholders on the projects.
Ensure the monitoring and direction of works, until the acceptance of the installations.
Accompany clients in their construction, renovation, and transformation projects.
Collaborate with the different technical specialists in order to ensure optimal coordination of the projects.
Propose solutions allowing for the improvement of the energy and environmental performance of buildings.

The profile sought

We are looking for a senior profile, with confirmed experience in electrical project management and capable of working with a high level of autonomy.

You are ideally:

Holder of an engineering degree in electricity or an equivalent technical training.
Or holder of a CFC as an electrical installer / electrical planner, with significant experience in an engineering office or in a similar function.
Benefiting from at least 5 years of experience, ideally more, in the planning and management of electrical projects.
Comfortable with Swiss standards and regulations, notably NIBT, OIBT, SIA, and AEAI.
Experienced in the use of tools such as AutoCAD, WinPro, Relux/DIALux, and MS Office.

Your personality

You are a confirmed professional, autonomous and pragmatic, capable of taking charge of a project without requiring daily supervision.

You know how to analyze a problem, make technical decisions, and ensure the follow-up of your files until their completion.

Your rigor, your sense of responsibility, and your ability to communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners allow you to evolve effectively in complex projects.

You also appreciate teamwork and multidisciplinary environments, while being capable of functioning independently.

A sensitivity to the challenges related to energy transition, building efficiency, and sustainable construction constitutes a real asset.
