In this versatile role, you combine technical solution work, project responsibility, and market development -- from the initial idea to the successful implementation of visible facade projects. Your tasks * Responsibility for your sales and project area in the Greater Zurich and Luzern area * Acquisition of new facade projects and expansion of long-term customer relationships * Advising clients, architects, and planners in the areas of construction, building physics, and statics * Development of technical solutions considering feasibility, economic efficiency, and execution * Overall technical and commercial responsibility for demanding facade projects * Independent creation of calculations, offers, and project documentation * Design, execution, and production planning with 3D-CAD (SolidWorks) * Coordination with production, logistics, and other internal interfaces * Co-responsibility for achieving turnover and profit targets in your area of responsibility * Site visits for quality assurance and customer support Your profile * Enjoyment of direct contact with clients, architects, planners, and entrepreneurs * Training as a civil engineer, facade construction technician, or comparable technical qualification * Practical experience in project management and construction, ideally in the areas of building envelope or facade technology * Interest in building physics and static issues * Experience in using 3D-CAD, ideally SolidWorks * Entrepreneurial thinking as well as initiative and sense of responsibility * Open, communicative personality with a confident appearance * Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working * Very good German skills in spoken and written form * Applicants with a strong technical foundation and the motivation to develop further in the area of customer and project responsibility are also very welcome.
