Job Description

• Setting up, operating, and optimizing 2- to 4-axis CNC turning machines, 5-axis drilling centers, as well as hard turning machines with robotic systems
• Selection of suitable tools and determination of efficient manufacturing processes
• Monitoring ongoing manufacturing processes and ensuring high product quality
• Identifying and implementing optimization opportunities in manufacturing
• Supporting the grinding and honing departments
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows

Requirement Profile

• Completed training as Polymechanikerin EFZ or Produktionsmechanikerin EFZ
• Initial experience in CNC manufacturing is an advantage
• Technical understanding and interest in modern manufacturing technologies
• Independent, precise, and quality-conscious way of working
• Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and initiative
• Motivation to learn new things and to develop professionally
