## The Zuger Kantonsspital serves the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, of which 180 are in training and further education, work in the various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11'500 inpatients and over 70'000 outpatients. In the interdisciplinary emergency center, more than 27'500 people are treated annually. For our operations department, we are looking for a Head of Nursing OPS as of September 1, 2026, or by agreement. Your tasks ## • Personnel, technical and organizational management of the specialist staff in operating technology and storage care • Ensuring the deputy management of the OP management • Defining and implementing departmental goals and projects • Ensuring core processes with consideration of quality specifications • Results-oriented interdisciplinary collaboration with all stakeholders • Participation in the operational core business Your profile ## • Completed training as a specialist in operating technology HF and several years of professional experience • Leadership experience and corresponding further education • Further education in OP management or willingness to complete it • You value close interdisciplinary collaboration with all departments of the hospital • High patient orientation and social competence Our offer ## We offer you a varied and challenging activity in a collegial team.
