Your contribution

• Take over the technical, organizational, and personnel management of the Controlling division
• Be responsible for the budget, financial plan, and financial management of the Federal Office for Buildings and Logistics (UFCL)
• Draft the message concerning the budget and the final accounts
• Develop and optimize cost accounting as well as controlling tools
• Direct and coordinate IT controlling (in the capacity of person in charge of IT controlling)
• Direct projects aimed at the optimization and digitalization of controlling processes

What distinguishes you

• Tertiary-level education in the financial or business administration field
• Proven multi-year professional experience
• Goal and results orientation
• Interest in elaborating complex issues in a solution-oriented and recipient-appropriate manner
• In-depth knowledge of planning and management tools and methods; knowledge of the Federal Administration constitutes a preferential qualification
• Extensive general knowledge and experience in the public procurement sector
• Good knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of a third
