Service Employee at Restaurant Brunnen (40%) #

Restaurant Brunnen is the meeting place between the Riggisberg castle garden and the public. The beautiful terrace-garden and the restaurant invite relaxation. Every day, between 60 and 90 lunch meals are served there.

The position is to be filled from 1 February 2027 or by agreement.

Here is your mission

You autonomously manage your own service station, including taking payments, and support the team. With your friendly and attentive manner, you advise and serve our customers competently. In addition, you accompany and support our resident employees in their daily work in service. Compliance with our quality and hygiene standards is a matter of course for you. You efficiently and carefully perform small administrative tasks.

So that our customers are also well taken care of on the weekend, you work regularly on Saturdays and Sundays. In return, you benefit from one free weekend out of two. Your working days generally end between 16:00 and 18:00. During events, you may occasionally be required to work overtime.

What you bring

Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, as well as a flexible and reliable way of working characterize you. You like to work autonomously and possess experience in hospitality and/or sales. Respectful, valuing, and sensitive behavior towards people with psychic and/or intellectual disabilities is a matter of course for you. With your friendly, open nature as well as your strong orientation towards the customer and service, you create a pleasant atmosphere. Furthermore, you possess excellent oral skills in German.
