In the Asset Management and financing business of PostFinance, you ensure that client funds are managed responsibly and in accordance with regulatory requirements. As a Sustainable Investing Specialist, you act at the interface of Portfolio Management, Product Management, and control functions. You further develop ESG standards, implement them effectively, and ensure transparent disclosure. In doing so, you take responsibility for ESG requirements in PF-funds and client ESG reporting. In this way, you drive our approach to sustainable investments forward and advise internal stakeholders as an expert. The impact you can make • Together with the team, you ensure the professional implementation of the ESG and sustainability requirements of our PF-funds and PF-pension funds and continuously develop them further • You act as the central contact person for Portfolio Management, Product Management, Mid Office, and control functions on all matters relating to Sustainable Investing for the PF-funds and PF-pension funds • You design and are responsible for the ESG and sustainability due diligence process and continuously develop it • You assume overall professional responsibility for ESG, Swiss Climate Score, and UN PRI reporting and ensure transparent reporting • You actively shape the further development of our sustainability and ESG information and contribute to understandable and credible communication towards our customers • You contribute your expertise to strategic sustainable investing initiatives and drive topics such as data management, stewardship, ESG governance, and the further development of the Sustainable Investing Policy forward What you bring with you • University degree or further education in Sustainable Investing, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable subject area • Several years of professional experience in Sustainable Investing or the ESG area of an asset manager, a bank, an institutional investor, or a comparable organization • Sound understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and portfolio management, as well as regulatory frameworks and industry standards such as FINMA, AMAS, SBVg, UN PRI, Swiss Climate Scores • Experience in implementing regulatory sustainability requirements and ESG disclosure obligations as well as in handling ESG data and reporting solutions • Analytical, structured, and independent way of working as well as very good Excel skills; knowledge of Bloomberg, Python, or SQL is a plus • Very good German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage
