Quality Manager 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection molded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling, as well as metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts as possible in-house. This allows us to remain agile, independent, and efficient.

What you can accomplish:

• Support for the Quality Director of Hamilton AG for the maintenance and upkeep of the integrated quality management system (QMS)
• Collaboration with the quality managers of the different Business Units and their teams to maintain and guarantee the regulatory requirements of the QMS
• Implementation of process guidelines in all areas
• Planning and conducting internal and external audits, maintenance and development of the QMS
• Advising process owners regarding group-wide synergy potentials for process optimization
• Leading functional and geographical cross-departmental projects for QMS improvement, including CAPA projects
• Collaboration and support of quality managers in subsidiaries to establish and develop the QMS
• Carrying out gap analyses in the regulatory field, implementation of regulatory requirements
• Support to the system owner for the CAQ system Babtec in the maintenance and development of system modules

What you bring:

• Technical or scientific university education with a degree
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of regulatory affairs and quality management systems
• Very good knowledge of German and English, oral and written, minimum level B2
