In this versatile role, you actively shape the accounting of CALIDA as well as the consolidation and reporting of the CALIDA GROUP. You ensure reliable financial reporting, bring your expertise in treasury and corporate finance and continually develop our processes. Your area of action • You participate in the preparation of monthly, semi-annual and annual accounts of CALIDA AG as well as the semi-annual and annual report of the CALIDA GROUP • You ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP FER as well as relevant local accounting standards • You continually develop the group consolidation and the group accounting manual • You are the technical interlocutor for complex accounting questions and accounting standards • You coordinate and accompany external audits and support during controls • You are responsible for certain treasury topics, notably liquidity planning and financing processes • You ensure compliance with and documentation of transfer pricing guidelines at the group level • You coordinate tax and transaction tax issues with internal and external specialists What is important to us • You have higher education in accounting, finance or business management • Ideally, you have additional training as an expert in accounting & control, auditor or a comparable qualification • You have several years of experience in accounting and financial reporting in an international company • You possess in-depth knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER • You have experience in the areas of treasury, financing and cash management • You are familiar with international tax and transfer pricing issues • You work confidently with ERP systems and consolidation tools; SAP knowledge is an advantage • You think analytically and work independently, structured and precisely • You convince with your communication skills and like to collaborate with different groups of interlocutors You are looking for more than just a job?
