We are a young and committed team that goes directly to meet people on the streets — hot meals, clothing, hygiene products, administrative help — here in French-speaking Switzerland and in Togo via our partnership with the association Aurore et Dignité.
To finance our actions and grow, we are looking for Humanitarian Ambassadors: people who know how to talk, convince, and create connections. No experience needed — we teach you everything. You just need to have the right mindset and a real talent for communication.
???? OPTION 1 — Humanitarian Ambassador | PERMANENT POSITION 100%

Your mission: raise public awareness and recruit monthly supporters to finance our actions. You go to meet people, you talk to them about what we do, you convince them to participate. It is a real field job, human and engaging.
✅ Full training provided before starting — you never arrive alone without being ready
✅ Progressive fixed salary during the first 3 months of probation, up to reaching CHF 4’500 fixed/month after your probation period
✅ CHF 5’200/month once you have proven yourself
✅ Performance bonus in addition to the fixed salary depending on your results

Are you not available during the day or do you want to discover the team before committing? You can join our evening door-to-door fundraising sessions, without fixed commitment and without prior training. A small remuneration is provided, at a level of 50% occupation.
