Tasks:

• You expand the customer base by specifically addressing new customers. You actively participate in the planning and implementation of sales measures – aligned with your goals and the goals of your team.
• You have an open ear for the expectations of our customers and understand their needs. In this way, you develop tailor-made solutions and build sustainable, trusting relationships.
• You maintain an overview of all customer contacts as well as administrative processes and ensure a first-class customer experience from the start. Thanks to your organizational talent and your fine sense for interpersonal relationships, customers feel well taken care of by you.
• You manage your professional daily routine with the support of your manager and in close cooperation with your team. You will receive comprehensive training with VBV certification so that you can approach your tasks competently and confidently, which will contribute to the satisfaction of our customers.

Qualifications:

• You have successfully completed your basic training.
• You are service-oriented, enthusiastic about sales, or already bring initial sales experience.
• You are characterized by integrity and professional appearance and convince with strong communication and an entrepreneurial way of working.
• You are mobile and use your own vehicle for customer appointments. In doing so, you appreciate the flexibility to shape your daily work routine independently.
