Employee Technical and Facility Services

Facility Management is integrated into the Services Directorate. With its various services, it ensures the operation of the OST and makes a fundamental contribution to the successful development of the university. At the St. Gallen location, we are looking for you as an Employee Technical and Facility Services (100 %) starting immediately or by arrangement. In your role as an Employee Technical and Facility Services, you are responsible, together with the Facility Management team, for the smooth operation of the university of applied sciences and the maintenance of the infrastructure. In doing so, you contribute significantly to ensuring a modern teaching, research and development operation while taking economic and ecological aspects into account, and you have the opportunity to actively shape and further develop your area of responsibility. Employee Technical and Facility Services Your tasks * Responsibility for the inspection, maintenance and upkeep of devices, technical systems and parts of the building * Cooperation with the operations electrician and external specialist companies * Carrying out device tests and maintaining facility data in the CAFM system * Support during events (setup, AV technology, first aid service) * Participation in the safety group and in fire protection * Carrying out supply and disposal tasks as well as necessary cleaning work Your qualification * Completed technical training with EFZ in the field of HLKKSE, preferably in the field of electrical or electronics * Additional qualification in the electrical field (Art. 13 or 15 NIV) is an advantage * Several years of professional experience in building technology or facility services * Strong service and customer orientation * Willingness to work evening, weekend and on-call shifts * Very good MS Office and German skills We offer * modern employment conditions * a workplace immediately near the St. Gallen train station * forward-looking areas of activity in a dynamic market and university environment Interest?
