Senior Release Train Engineer (Infrastructure and Platform Services)

Your contribution

• Manage and optimize the Agile Release Train (ART) and take responsibility for conducting and moderating key SAFe events (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt)
• Proactively identify, monitor, and eliminate risks and impediments, as well as manage obstacles and dependencies external to the team and the ART
• Plan and manage the overall capacity of the Agile Release Train (ART), as well as define internal priorities within the ART and elements to be coordinated in compliance with Lean Portfolio Management directives
• Define, manage, and further develop agile metrics to improve delivery quality and performance
• Actively manage and coordinate collaboration with product management, domain architecture, Business Owners, and agile teams
• Provide coaching to Scrum Masters/Team Coaches, Product Owners, and agile teams, as well as actively contribute to the RTE community

What distinguishes you

• University degree (bachelor/master) in computer science, management, or equivalent studies
• Several years of experience as a release train engineer in a large company, in public administration, or in a context of similar complexity, characterized by complex governance and stakeholder structures
• Excellent communication skills, high ability to assert oneself, and a structured way of working
• Up-to-date certifications such as SAFe RTE and SAFe SPC are desired
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and good knowledge of English
