Area of responsibility • You lead the open geriatric psychiatry ward and further develop the treatment concept together with the nursing ward management • You plan and supervise therapeutic processes - individual, evidence-based and close to everyday life • You are committed to the further education and promotion of assistant physicians and team colleagues • You undertake geriatric psychiatric consultations at Spital Emmental and accompany the specialist medical supervision • You participate in the Integrated Psychiatric Emergency Service Profile • Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy - or you are close to completion • Interest in the specialist title Geriatric Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychotherapy - ideal, but not a must • We request the possibility to complete the FMH specialist training in geriatric psychiatry and geriatric psychotherapy and/or consultation and liaison psychiatry (2 years each) • Experience in geriatric psychiatry is welcome and opens up additional design possibilities for you • You enjoy working in a team-oriented manner, think interdisciplinary and actively contribute to the further development of our offerings • You appear confident and communicate empathically - towards patients, relatives and in the team Our offer Vacation GAV Culinary Modern Menschlich Mittendrin Parking Events Discounts • Vacation • GAV • Culinary • Modern Menschlich Mittendrin • Parking • Events • Discounts Information Dr. med.
