Tasks

• Independent processing of complex personal injury claims (liability recourse) from report to completion
• Conducting negotiations
• Calculation and assessment of recourse claims
• Coaching and technical support of a recourse specialist team
• Interface to the legal department of the clients

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in processing complex personal injury claims
• Sound knowledge of liability and social insurance law
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and empathy
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working
• Enjoyment in promoting young employees
