For the Salmenpark residential and care center in Rheinfelden, we are looking for from 1 October 2026 or by agreement a/an Registered Nurse HF as vocational trainer 80-100% Your tasks • Responsible for the organization, planning, and implementation of learning support in the units • Contact person for our AGS and FaGe apprentices as well as for HF students • Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process • Planning and support of medical visits • Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach • Management of the care process as well as conducting case meetings • Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care • Assuming daily responsibility and coordination of the day team • Taking charge of tasks as a thematic lead of an assigned special subject with professional authority Your profile • A warm and humorous attitude • Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF • Completed vocational trainer training • Completed SVEB 1 continuing education or willingness to follow it • Desired professional experience in long-term care • Confident communication in German, oral and written Why Tertianum?
