A Production & Logistics Team Leader

A Production & Logistics Team Leader Your role: In a demanding industrial chemical environment, you take operational responsibility for a workshop combining production and logistics. As a true field link for the Production Manager, you lead a team of 7 collaborators and actively contribute to the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the workshop. Your mission: Supervise a team of 7 people (4 in production, 3 in logistics) and organize daily activity (planning, priorities, contingencies) Guarantee the achievement of objectives (safety, quality, deadlines, costs) by following performance indicators Implement concrete and measurable corrective actions Strictly enforce HSQE rules Supervise and optimize internal flows (raw materials, finished products, etc.) Ensure 1st level maintenance and coordinate effectively with the maintenance service Identify and drive concrete improvement actions Write and evolve work instructions and practices Drive investment projects Carry out the commissioning of new equipment or processes Your profile: Higher education (industrial engineering, processes, production, etc.) Minimum 2 years of experience in a chemical industrial environment Minimum 2 years of experience in field management indispensable Forklift license (SUVA R1/R2, S2) is a plus, but driving experience required Experience in industrial project management Fluent use of IT and data tools (ERP, BI, Office, GMAO) Natural leadership, credible on the field Ability to decide and manage unforeseen events Demand, rigor, and sense of responsibility Proactivity jpiddd74fa9jm jpit0834jm jpiy26jm
