For our Tertianum operation Residenz Huob in Pfäffikon Schwyz, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Healthcare Assistant in Night Shift, part-time also possible Your tasks Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests including the RAI nursing needs assessment Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach Participation in nursing reports Taking over tasks as a topic carrier in a specialist subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality Readiness for night shifts Your profile Completed training as a Healthcare Assistant or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) Professional experience in Spitex/Inhouse Spitex desired A warm and humorous basic attitude Enjoyment of versatile challenges Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
