We are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement a:

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER*

Tasks

• Independent management and control of construction projects in the execution phase
• Organization, coordination and monitoring of all trades and construction processes
• Ensuring deadlines, costs and quality
• Preparation and processing of tenders, offer comparisons and evaluations, awards and works contracts
• Measurement and invoice verification of construction services
• Professional project completion, acceptances, commissioning, creation of documentation and execution of warranty work
• Coordination with clients, specialist planners, authorities and other project participants

Profile

• Completed basic training in the construction sector as well as completed further training as a Construction Manager* or comparable qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in construction management, calculation and project processing
• Sound knowledge of SIA standards as well as Swiss construction and planning processes
• Experience in construction execution and technical understanding
• Mastery of costs, deadlines and quality
• Proficient in handling digital tools such as Messerli, MS Project and MS Office
• Strong communication skills, assertive, negotiation-confident and a team player
• German at native speaker level, French skills are a plus
