Foreman Road Construction (m/f/d) 100 %

Your tasks

• Leading and coordinating a construction site team
• Organization and supervision of daily work on the construction site
• Execution of road, civil engineering, and utility construction work
• Setting up and securing the construction site
• Creating subgrades, edge restraints, and pavements
• Coordination of machines, material, and personnel
• Implementation of the specifications of the foreman and the construction management
• Control of the executed work regarding quality and deadlines
• Conducting daily and report work
• Compliance with applicable safety and quality regulations
• Assisting with practical work on the construction site

Your profile

• Completed training as a Road Builder EFZ or comparable training
• Further training to become a foreman is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in road or civil engineering
• Experience in leading employees
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Good organizational skills and assertiveness
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of working outdoors
• Good German skills
• Driving license category B is an advantage
• Willingness to take on responsibility on the construction site
