In order to complete the team of our client (automotive sector) located about twenty minutes from Bienne, we are looking for an

After-Sales Customer Service Advisor (M/F)

Do you like combining technical expertise and human contact? Do you master German with ease in a professional environment and are you comfortable with technical subjects? Then this position could be your next opportunity!

Your tasks:

• Main interlocutor for all after-sales service requests.
• Schedule workshop appointments with work orders.
• Manage replacement vehicles.
• Check vehicles for daily deliveries.
• Receive work cards and perform the final check for billing purposes.
• Propose additional services to meet specific customer needs.

Your profile:

• Technical or commercial training (with a good technical understanding)
• You communicate fluently and professionally in German
• You know how to manage priorities, are organized, fast and conscientious.
• Experience or interest in the automotive sector is an asset.
