Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerk
Your tasks
Managing accounts payable (accounts payable workflow and creating payment runs)
Managing accounts receivable (invoicing, dunning and collection processes)
Contact person for employees and customers regarding questions about accounts receivable and accounts payable
Group-wide cash management as well as managing the main cash desk
Participation in apprentice training
General administrative work in the area of Finance & Controlling
What you bring with you
A commercial apprenticeship with specialist further training (e.g., accounting clerk)
Professional experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
Experience in dunning and collection
A service-oriented, reliable and independent personality
Structured, careful and solution-oriented way of working
Good oral and written expression in German and English
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel as well as ideally practical experience with Abacus
