Responsibilities

• Prospect and obtain new mandates
• Manage files with autonomy and precision
• Develop and maintain an active client portfolio
• Ensure professional and ethical follow-up of mandates
• Advise buyers and sellers throughout the entire process
• Conduct negotiations in an efficient and transparent manner
• Actively contribute to the commercial growth of the agency

Profile

• First experience in real estate brokerage indispensable
• Experience in sales or a relevant network in real estate
• High motivation, positive attitude and resilience
• Strong interpersonal skills and sense of service
• You are domiciled in Valais, permit and vehicle required
