Head of Finance / Member of the Executive Board, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you assume overall responsibility for financial management including liquidity planning, financial planning and cost planning
• in doing so, you manage the finance department as well as the accounting together with one employee and prepare the financial statements according to OR
• you also further develop the controlling and risk management and create transparent decision-making bases
• likewise, you develop price and cost models, define meaningful key figures and prepare management reports
• furthermore, you analyze HR key figures and thereby create the basis for forward-looking personnel planning as well as efficient productivity and cost control
• as a member of the executive board, you are an important sparring partner to the managing director and actively contribute to strategic issues
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have further training as a dipl. Controller, as a specialist in finance and accounting or a master's / bachelor's degree in finance and accounting (m/f/d)
• in addition, you bring sound experience in financial management and controlling, ideally from an SME
• topics such as project financing, due diligence and strategic partnerships are familiar to you
• as a shaping personality, you combine strategic vision with a strong hands-on mentality
• you think entrepreneurially, recognize connections quickly and have a good sense for economic opportunities?
